According to the European law on data protection (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that Albertini Packaging Group S.p.a. undertakes to process the User’s personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is informed that:
A. CATEGORIES OF DATA:
your personal data such as personal data, contact data, access and identification data (username, password, IP address, log) may be subject to processing.
B. DATA CONTROLLER:
the data controller is Albertini Packaging Group S.p.a., with registered office in Corso XXV Aprile 167/B 22036 Erba (CO) and operational headquarters in Via Passavone, 2/A – 20087 Robecco sul Naviglio (MI), VAT number 02161730136, which can be contacted by phone on 02/94698601 or at the email privacy@albertinipackaging.com.
C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:
the personal data in the possession of the Data Controller are collected directly from the data subject.
D. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS:
the processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the compilation of this form, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out for the purposes of subscribing to the newsletter, or for sending commercial and/or marketing communications by the Data Controller.
E. DATA RECIPIENTS:
within the limits pertaining to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated, if necessary, to other subjects connected to the processing activities, internal and external to the Data Controller, such as employees and similar persons, partners, consulting firms, private companies. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.
F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES:
the data collected will be transferred to the United States of America in connection with the use of Mailchimp, pursuant to Standard Contractual Clauses and Appropriate Safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR.
G. RETENTION PERIOD:
the data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of storage limitation“, art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines provided for by law. The obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is checked periodically.
H. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
the data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her data, the correction or deletion of the same, the limitation of processing or the possibility to object to the processing, to request data portability, to revoke consent to the processing by asserting these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
I. OBLIGATION TO COMMUNICATE DATA:
We inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and mandatory for others (indicated by an asterisk) and failure to provide them will result in the requested service not being carried out.
J. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING:
the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the Data Controller’s activities. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper supports and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.
