In accordance with European data protection law (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that Albertini Packaging Group S.p.A. undertakes to process the User’s personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is informed that:
A. CATEGORIES OF DATA:
the subject of the processing may be your personal data such as identification data, personal data, contact data, and data that can be deduced from the curriculum vitae (training, professional experience, skills, interests, languages spoken) and any data of a particular nature (belonging to protected categories, information from which a disability can be inferred).
B. DATA CONTROLLER:

C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:
the personal data in the possession of the Data Controller are collected directly from the data subject.
D. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS:
the processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the compilation of this form, identifies as the legal basis for the processing the execution of pre-contractual measures (Art.6.1, letter B) GDPR), related to the evaluation of the candidate through the data on his curriculum vitae. The legal basis for any processing of special data included in the CV is the need to fulfil the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the Data Controller in the field of labour law (Article 9.2 letter B), as clarified in the Provision of the Guarantor no. 146/2019 “Provision containing the provisions relating to the processing of special categories of data”.
E. DATA RECIPIENTS:
within the limits pertaining to the purposes of processing indicated, your data may be communicated, if necessary, to other subjects connected to the processing activities, internal and external to the Data Controller, such as employees and similar, external collaborators, consulting firms. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.
F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES:
the data collected is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
G. RETENTION PERIOD:
the data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of storage limitation“, art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines provided for by law. The obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is checked periodically.
H. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
the data subject always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to his/her data, the correction or deletion of the same, the limitation of processing or the possibility to object to the processing, to request data portability, to revoke consent to the processing by asserting these and the other rights provided for by the GDPR by simple communication to the Data Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
I. OBLIGATORY OR NON-OBLIGATORY PROVISION OF DATA:
we inform you that the provision of data is mandatory and failure to provide it will result in exclusion from the pre-selection process. For data of a “particular” nature, their communication is not mandatory and will not hinder the evaluation of the application.
J. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING:
the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the Data Controller’s activities. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper supports and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.
