The year 2023 is off to a really good start for APG. Among our company’s achievements is one new addition. For the second year, the group has received its EcoVadis certification.
EcoVadis is one of the most relevant global eco-sustainability rating platforms and measures the environmental, ethical, and social performance of companies based on assessments that reflect the international standards of GRI, UNGC, and ISO 2600.
Over the years, we at APG have been committed to developing increasingly green business policies, technologies, and production processes, improving the monitoring of our entire supply chain so that today it fully reflects ecological and recyclable waste standards. As a result, we achieved a higher score and obtained the Bronze sustainability rating for our efforts.
However, our EcoVadis certification does not only reflect our commitment to sustainability but also the set of ethical policies that make APG an innovative company with strong social responsibility, which shows in our choices in promoting human values and professional skills, in choosing employees in a context of inclusiveness and fairness, and in concretizing transparent and honest relationships with suppliers and partners.
This is extremely satisfying not only for our company but also for our customers, who are increasingly careful in choosing suppliers who, like us, manage to combine quality, social awareness, and environmental friendliness in their products.
